Terms of Service

By accessing or using the 7Minds AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Impact Ten S.L., a company registered in Malaga, Spain ("7Minds," "we," "us," or "our"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

7Minds AI is an analytics platform that connects to your business data sources — including databases, ERPs, CRMs, spreadsheets, and APIs — and allows authorized users to query that data using natural language. The platform processes your questions, retrieves relevant data, and presents answers in plain language, charts, and tables.

The Service is available as a cloud-hosted solution or as an on-premise deployment within your own infrastructure. Feature availability may vary by plan.

To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

The 7Minds platform — including its software, design, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property — is and remains the exclusive property of Impact Ten S.L. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

You retain full ownership of your data, queries, and any content you provide through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

Your data is yours. 7Minds processes your data on your behalf to provide the Service, and we do not claim any ownership over it. Specifically:

7. Service Availability & SLAs

We strive to maintain high availability for the 7Minds platform. For cloud-hosted customers:

For on-premise deployments, uptime and infrastructure management are the responsibility of the customer. We provide software updates and technical support, but the customer manages their own hosting environment.

Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLA terms as part of their service agreement.

Access to the Service is subject to the payment of fees as outlined in your service agreement or on our pricing page. The following terms apply:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Impact Ten S.L. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice to the other party. Upon termination:

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaga, Spain.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email or through the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may terminate your account in accordance with Section 10.
